This purchase is for two machined handles that screw into your chamber and are removable. Your existing chamber must have the holes pre drilled and tapped in order for the arms to work. *see photo

**You must have an LG Hanger System in your cart or already own a chamber with hole pre-drilled and tapped to add this to your order.
