Our Silicon Penis Sleeves for Hanging come in five sizes .75″, .875″, 1.0″ and 1.125″ and our new XL sleeve size 1.375″. Measurements are taken from the internal diameter. The length on the 1.375″ sleeve is 4 inches long, comes in a package of two each, and can be cut with regular household scissors to desired length. These sleeves are for use with the ADS, Cable Weight Systems, and the LG Hanger package A or B Systems.

I originally bought the 1.125″ and 1.25″ girth bands for anti-turtling and all day wear. Unfortunately, both were too tight, even after stretching them for up to two weeks over a large soda can. I bought these 1.375″ and they worked perfectly after similar stretching treatment. They lack the extra ‘rolled rim’ support of the girth bands, but seem to be very durable, even without it.
