Set of three (3) pieces. Each Girth Band measures 1.25″ ID or Internal Diameter and is approximately 1.75″ in length

The girth band functions in a couple different ways. When using your LG Hanger to hang weight, it helps keep your flaccid penis fuller during the hang without compromising circulation. It is also used after your hang session to help prevent retraction or as the PE community calls it “turtling”. It allows your penis to stay fuller and longer while flaccid, which is very important during the recovery process after you hang sessions. It can and should be worn during the day and during the night while sleeping. As your penis grows the girth band helps to train your penis to remain at it’s fullest size while flaccid.
